Find out more about the steps you can take toward leading a healthier life. Our seminars will address specific health concerns and new advances in health care. All seminars are FREE, open to the public and will address the following topics:

- Prostate Cancer Awareness
- Breast Cancer Awareness
- Osteoporosis
- Diabetes Awareness/Nutrition Education
- Lung Health
Door prizes will be given away and light refreshments will be served!
