Martel Samuels, M.D. received his medical degree from the University of West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica. He went on to complete his Pediatric Residency Program at the Texas A & M Health Science Center of Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. Dr. Samuels is board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
