Board certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Reddy is also trained in allergy and immunology. A graduate of Osmania University, India in 1973, Dr. Reddy completed his Pediatric residency in Brooklyn, New York. Before coming to Weslaco in 1989, Dr Reddy practiced in Wisconsin for 14 years. Besides treating pediatric and allergy patients, he is also an instructor for the Pediatric Advanced Life Support course at Knapp Medical Center.
Dr. Reddy serves as a preceptor for medical students from the University of Texas Health Science Center Regional Academic Health Center.
He also serves as a preceptor for Physician Assistant Students and Nurse Practitioner Students from the University of Texas Pan American.
Dr. Reddy works with Umesh Pathak MD, and Jeanne Wiegand MD, both Board Certified in Pediatrics. His office also includes Steve Pichler PA-C, Iris E.Garcia RN, PNP, and Marlene Yangles RN, PNP.
Dr. Reddy and the Mid Valley Pediatric and Allergy Clinic participates in Project Support, a free service available to parents with children who are enrolled in Medicaid. Behavioral Health Consultants are available in the office to provide services.
