Stylianos Sideris, M.D., established his practice of Urology in 2006. Dr. Sideris completed his medical education at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He also served his surgery internship and urology residency at Baylor.
Dr. Sideris is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Sideris' general urology practice accepts adult patients for the evaluation and treatment of conditions such as benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), voiding difficulties, elevated PSA, prostate cancer, hematuria, bladder cancer, kidney stones, renal cancer, urinary incontinence, testicular cancer, erectile dysfunction, male infertility and other common urological conditions.
Diagnostic services within the office include:
- Urodynamic studies for evaluation of voiding problems
- Cystoscopies
- Prostate ultrasounds and prostate biopsies
- Minimally invasive procedures for enlarged prostate such as "microwave" thermodilation treatment and PROSTIVA radiofrequency ablation
Dr. Sideris holds medical privileges at Knapp Medical Center and performs minimally invasive shockwave and laser lithotripsies for treatment of kidney stones, laser TURP or traditional TURP procedures for treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), and vaginal slings for treatment of female urinary incontinence, in addition to surgeries for the treatment of genitourinary cancer.
