Guest Services/Patient Relations

It is our desire to continuously improve the care we provide. We encourage you and your family to tell us how we have or have not met your expectations.

The main goal of the Guest Services Department at Knapp Medical Center is to personalize the hospital experience and to respond to concerns, questions, anxieties or needs a patient or his family may have about his or her stay at Knapp Medical Center. If you:

  • Would like to complete an advance directive;
  • Have a complaint; or
  • Have questions regarding patient rights;

Call Guest Services at 969-5239. After hours and weekends, call “0” and ask the hospital switchboard operator for the Nursing Supervisor. The Guest Services office is located off the Main Lobby.

If you have any questions about your health care, please ask your doctor or nurse.
