Knapp Medical Center is reaching out to Rio Grande Valley residents through Valley Health Seminars. These seminars are aimed at educating the community about healthy lifestyles, specific health concerns and new advances in health care. Valley Health Seminars address a variety of issues. The Lecture Series is free and open to the public. Each seminar is held from 6-7 p.m. on the First and Third Thursday of every month except during the holidays and summer months.
