Laboratory
Knapp Medical Center Laboratory does 98 percent of all laboratories onsite, allowing for faster turnaround time for you and your patients.
In addition, Knapp Medical Center offers a wellness program. This program provides affordable lab testing and a physician order is not needed for these tests. Payment is collected at the time of service. The labs available through the wellness program are: Basic Wellness Panel, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Thyroid TSH Profile, TSH, Serum Iron, PSA, PSA Profile, Protime, Hgb A1C, HS-CRP, Arthritis Panel, Anemia Panel, RPR, UA, and Occult Blood.

Samples collected for testing come from a variety of bodily fluids, including blood, urine, serum, spinal fluid, synovial fluid, peritoneal fluid, sputum, pleural fluid as well as stool.

Wellness Program
Doctor’s orders are not required
The patient can call the Laboratory Department at 969-5244 and schedule the appointment or they are welcome to walk in. When the patient arrives, they should report to Outpatient Laboratory (Section A) to register.
Regular Labs
Physician order required
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday, 8 am – 12 pm
For after hours labs, patients will need to register with the Emergency Department and then be directed to the main lab
