Patient Relations
It is our desire to continuously improve the care we provide. We encourage you and your family to tell us how we have or have not met your expectations.
The main goal of the Patient Relations Department at Knapp Medical Center is to personalize the hospital experience and to respond to concerns, questions, anxieties or needs a patient or his family may have about his or her stay at KMC.
If you:
- Would like to complete an advance directive;
- Have a complaint; or
- Have questions regarding patient rights;
Call the Patient Relations Department at 969-5239 or 969-5144 weekdays. After hours and weekends, call "0" and ask the hospital switchboard operator for the Nursing Supervisor. The Patient Relations Department office is located off the main lobby.
